Michael Franzese is a former New York mobster. Michael grew up as the son of the notorious Underboss of New York's violent and Colombo crime family.
He generated millions weekly from legal and illegal businesses, in a life filled with power, luxury, and deadly violence.
Franzese was named one of the biggest money earners the mob had since Al Capone, by Vanity Fair.
At the age of 35, Fortune Magazine listed him as number 18 on its list of the "Fifty Most Wealthy and Powerful Mafia Bosses",
just 5 behind John Gotti. From auto dealerships and union kickbacks, to financial services and the sports and entertainment industries,
to a multi-billion dollar gasoline tax scheme, he earned millions. Not surprisingly, Michael quickly became the target of Manahttan's federal prosecutor, Rudy Guiliani.
And then the unthinkable happened, Michael met a dancer, named Camille Garcia, who turned his world upside down.
After falling in love and eventually marrying Camille, she convinced Michael to take the rap on racketeering charges.
Michael pled guilty, accepted a 10 year prison sentence and, walked away from the mob. Nobody of Franzese's rank had ever just walked away - and lived.
He is now a man on a mission. With the support of Camille and a new found faith in God, Michael uses the compelling experiences of his former life to benefit corporate executives,
professional athletes, at-risk youth, and anyone seeking to walk a new path in life. His autobiograpy, Blood Convenant, reveals answers to many mysteries surrounding his incredible journey.
